KolpoBari ("we", "us") operates a tool that automatically replies to comments on our Facebook Page and to Messenger messages. This policy explains what data we handle and your choices.
Data we receive
Through the Facebook (Meta) Platform, and only with the permissions granted to our app, we may receive:
- The content of comments left on our Facebook Page posts and the time they were posted.
- The content of messages sent to our Page via Messenger and the time they were sent.
- The name and Facebook-assigned ID (such as a Page-scoped ID) of the person who commented or messaged.
How we use it
We use this data only to read your comment or message and send an automated reply, and to operate and improve this reply service.
Sharing
We use hosting and infrastructure providers to run the service, and they may process this data on our behalf. We handle Facebook Platform data in line with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
Retention and deletion
We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to delete your data at any time; see Data Deletion. We delete it within 30 days of a verified request.
Your choices
You can stop interacting with our Page at any time, and you can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing us.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.

কীভাবে ব্যবহার করি
আপনার কমেন্ট বা মেসেজ পড়ে স্বয়ংক্রিয় উত্তর পাঠাতে এবং এই উত্তর-সেবা চালাতে ও উন্নত করতে আমরা এই তথ্য ব্যবহার করি।
শেয়ার করা
সেবা চালাতে আমরা হোস্টিং ও অবকাঠামো সেবাদাতা ব্যবহার করি। তারা আমাদের পক্ষে এই তথ্য প্রসেস করতে পারে। Facebook প্ল্যাটফর্মের তথ্য আমরা Meta-র Platform Terms ও Developer Policies অনুযায়ী পরিচালনা করি।
সংরক্ষণ ও মুছে ফেলা
সেবা দিতে যতটুকু প্রয়োজন, ততদিনই আমরা তথ্য রাখি। আপনি যেকোনো সময় তথ্য মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করতে পারেন; দেখুন ডেটা মুছে ফেলা। যাচাইকৃত অনুরোধের ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে আমরা তথ্য মুছে দিই।
